Location: Fremont, Nebraska
Compensation: Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience, with some over-time available.
Vision Electric is looking for local experienced Licensed Electrical Foreman and Journeyman Electricians for commercial/industrial work around Fremont, NE.
Must be licensed in Nebraska or a reciprocating state. Nebraska has reciprocal Journeyman Electrician licensing agreements with Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. Providing you have carried your current license for a year.
• Experience in commercial/industrial electrical preferred but training in these areas for the right candidate is available.
• Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment.
• Working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation.
• High standard of integrity and professionalism.

A performance review will be conducted at 90 days and then annual subsequently. During each review, performance deficiency as well as exceptional performance will be discussed and noted. If the performance is below an acceptable level at any time during the person’s employment, management has the right to terminate that person’s employment without further notice. It may, however define a specified course of action that offers a possibility of performance improvement and continued employment.
